One can send nominations for a maximum 5 categories

Each Category will have three awards

• Climate Funding
• Plantation of trees
• Fossil Fuel Reduction / Net Zero

Nomination Registration :

1. Choose the category/ Categories
2. Fill in the basic nomination details as per the form.
3. Add the necessary brief and attachments.

Instructions For Nominees / Awardees :

1. Summit presence with max 2 delegates from each nominee.
2. Compendium presence for 1 page
3. Media presence ( electronic and print ) shall be fully under the discretion of organizers which is aligned with sponsor deliverables
4. One set of certificates and trophy shall also be sent to the office of the awardee especially in case of incapacity to attend the physical awards
5. Copy of the summit recordings with excerpts of recognition for unlimited social media use
6. The awardees also get a chance to be a part of Vision India Forums Amrit Mahotsav celebrations in its activities and collaterals like the promo videos, channel, etc
7. In case of any changes the awardee shall be informed min 3 days in advance
8. Awardees can speak specifically on their CSR and send a video to us, which shall be included in forums and social channels. Max duration 15 mins.

Nomination Fees :

1.INDIVIDUAL (For each category) – Rs. 40000/-

2.Institution / NGO (For each category) – Rs. 40000/-

3.Corporate / Corporate Foundation – (For each category) – Rs. 40000/-

***Additional of Rs 25,000
For interview on channel with celebrities and Leaders

Note :
1. For three and above categories – Rs 30000 for each category
2. All fees is inclusive of all taxes etc.
3. INVOICES AND ALL DOCUMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED
